• Payment information — payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details.
• Technical & usage data — like most websites, our host automatically logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
• Design, build, host, maintain, and update your website and branding.
• Process payments and manage your plan.
• Provide support and the unlimited done-for-you edits included in your plan.

• Hosting & email — our website and email notifications run on Cloudflare. Form submissions are emailed to us so we can reply.

pixelsites.io is built to be fast and lightweight. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some visual elements (such as our animated background) load supporting scripts from a content-delivery network, but they do not profile you. We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
