Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Overview
Pixelsites ("Pixelsites," "we," "us," or "our") builds and manages done-for-you websites, branding, and local SEO for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit pixelsites.io or become a client, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and deliver our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, plus a small amount of standard technical data:
- Contact & inquiry details — when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you offer, your service area, and anything else you choose to share in your message.
- Client onboarding materials — if you become a client, we collect the business information, logos, photos, and content you provide so we can design and build your site.
- Payment information — payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details.
- Technical & usage data — like most websites, our host automatically logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
- Design, build, host, maintain, and update your website and branding.
- Process payments and manage your plan.
- Provide support and the unlimited done-for-you edits included in your plan.
- Protect the security and integrity of our site and prevent abuse.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the business, and only as needed:
- Hosting & email — our website and email notifications run on Cloudflare. Form submissions are emailed to us so we can reply.
- Payment processing — a secure third-party payment processor handles billing.
- Domain registration — when we register or connect a domain for you, we share the registration details required by the registrar.
- Legal compliance — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
If Pixelsites is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies & Tracking
pixelsites.io is built to be fast and lightweight. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some visual elements (such as our animated background) load supporting scripts from a content-delivery network, but they do not profile you. Because we do not track you across sites, we treat all browser "Do Not Track" signals as honored by default.
6. Data Retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your Rights & Choices").
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including HTTPS encryption in transit and reputable, security-focused service providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
8. Your Rights & Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email gabriel@pixelsites.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. California Privacy Rights
Pixelsites is based in California. Under California law (including CalOPPA and, where applicable, the CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use them — described above — and to request access to or deletion of their information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at gabriel@pixelsites.io.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites and platforms (such as Instagram or TikTok). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, so please check back periodically.
